Salon and Day Spa Policies At Rigsby Frederick Salon Gallery Spa we believe that good health is a matter of choice, not chance. We truly hope to exceed your expectations of hospitality, education, relaxation, and results!

A credit card or gift card number is needed to hold all Spa reservations and select Salon reservations. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations. All missed appointments will be charged 50% of the service amount. We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, personal check or cash as payment for services and merchandise.

Please arrive fifteen minutes prior to your appointment time to check in for Spa services. If you are late, depending on the circumstances, we may be forced to shorten your service or reschedule.

We provide plush robes, wraps, towels, and sandals for you to enjoy in our Spa. A locker is available for your personal belongings. Rigsby Frederick Salon Gallery Spa will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items.

Our prices do not include gratuities. Gratuities generally range from 15% - 20% of the price of the service; envelopes are provided at the reception desk for all gratuities.

To maintain our peaceful atmosphere, we ask that you turn off your cell phone and all electronic devices while visiting our Spa.

Rigsby Frederick Spa is unable to accommodate children under the age of 14 without parental consent for specific services.

The best treatments come from honest communication with your therapist. Please let your therapist know if you feel any discomfort or would like special attention on a particular area. Also, please alert your therapist if you are: pregnant, have muscle or joint injuries, or have had any recent surgeries (including laser or plastic surgery).

If you enjoyed your service we would greatly appreciate your referrals. For every five referrals that receive services here, you will receive a complimentary service as a thank you gift.

Prices are subject to change without notice. In certain instances, our fee schedule may change before our website does. Please confirm prices with our Guest Service Coordinators while booking your appointment.
